DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.Hiring Abstrakt Marketing Group was the worst decision I have made in my 10 years of being a business owner. Over 6 months, the company delivered only 2 qualified leads. The few other “leads” they provided either didn’t show up, canceled the meeting, or didn’t meet our guidelines. The sales reps use high pressure tactics to set bogus appointments purely to meet their internal goals, not to benefit the end client.To top it off, we had a very specific set of people to call (qualified decision makers), which were all C-level and included in the contract. Yet during one of our monthly meetings, they admitted that calling C-level would not produce the appointment numbers that were promised in the contract and “suggested” we switch to an activity-based agreement.In our initial meetings, one of their selling points was “If we don’t meet the specified goals, we work for free until they are met”. They continually say that they will work extra hard to keep your business. This is total BS. Once you cancel for lack of results, they absolutely stop working. In addition to the appointments guarantee, we had a minimum dial requirement of 500 per month. In the final month after we canceled, they made less than 250. I would not call this working hard to keep a client or make good on broken promises.In the end, the company refused to accept any accountability for not delivering on anything they promised. We terminated the contract for a complete lack of results and they still enforced their 45-day termination notice (and threatened to sue). Avoid this company at all costs.
