Asked me to send pictures of two signs in need of repair. I sent them, followed up twice, and still never heard from him. If not interested in the work, just say so. Inconsiderate and bad business.

Todd and his team were a pleasure to work with! Per the lease agreement with our building our sign needs to be a "raceway" style sign. There are not a lot of companies in Tampa Bay that are able to do this type of sign, but one of the sign shops I called recommended I contact Accent, and I was glad I did! They were by far the most competitive quote I received, and their experience and knowledge was invaluable, as I had wanted to use a different font, but Todd convinced me that it would be hard for passerby's to read the font I wanted, and he was right. The sign did take a little longer than originally promised, but it was worth the wait.

Worst service ever I called for a sign and two months down the road of promising that they will send me a sketch ,I call and they told me that they are too busy and they won't be able to deliver or send me a sketch and I would understand if the business is busy but a follow up was much more important than even the job they are great guys and they have great work I did my windows with them but they have a problem with following up with the customers and keeping track of their customers

Hired the guy to repair a beer sign and he told me it could take up to 5 weeks, 2 months later after bugging him for a couple weeks finally told him I needed it done on a specific date and what do you know it was finished the next day, as I revived my finished product though he did do a good job, I asked him why it took so long, and he replied your sign doesn't keep my doors open so basically if your not a company or a person paying a lot of money to get fixed don't bother with this company, also they charge way to much!!!

Accent Neon and Sign Co has been servicing Tampa Bay for decades. They are not just another fly-by-night sign installer and they stand by thier work long after the sign is installed. I wouldn't recommend any other sign installer. These guys are the best at what they do. Period.
