My only interaction was with a customer service representative. I was in a panic because I couldn't get a hold of my book agent on the status of a possible movie deal. She went beyond her duties to find the contact info on my agent. She also researched my book status and updated me. Now that's what I call "excellent customer service!!!!

Logan in charge of the recording booth, has become a friend. I do some of my production here and it’s the best one outside Hollywood in my opinion. The prices for production in all respects is FAIR! Nothing of this caliber is cheap, bad production is expensive. These guys are amazing! The quality of production is above my standards! Team is brilliant, and helpful. I am blessed to call this home to my production.

Access Media Productions has been (and will be) the "go to" video production company for large scale conferences I have produced for over 10 years. Their equipment and personnel travel well and always stay within budget. I have also used their studio and enjoyed the complete "access" they give to me and the talent during our production time. It is always a great experience to use their resources, state of the art technology coupled with their talented, knowledgable and friendly staff.
