I don't like to be negative but I'm trying to get someone ANYONE from this company to contact me about my website hosted on their servers. I have not been able to contact anyone through their number or email or any other means for the past 4 months. Their site has recently gone down and all I want is access to my files through FTP so I can get my site moved. I can see my site just fine but am unable to access all of my files to move them.
