Feedback:

I'm sorry to say my experience has been very disappointing thus far. I ordered a new cutter on June 7 and it arrived defective right out of the box. I followed the procedure to return the item and that's the last I've seen of the cutter. I've sent numerous emails and phone calls trying to get an update, but have yet to hear from anyone. As someone who has owned a business, I find this lack of customer service unacceptable.I'm amending my original review. Chad personally resolved my issues and I am now the proud owner of a functioning Zing Orbit. The product works great and I'm looking forward to many years of use. Thanks again Chad for your help.

My experience with KNK USA /Accugraphics Sales has been very, very, very bad...........even if they sold and serviced the best/cheapest cutter on this planet. I would never, ever deal with them. Initially I was excited to buy one of their cutters and was pleased to learn that they would test cut a sample of rubber material I was questioning whether could be cut by any of their machines. On 1/29/18 I paid extra to send off my samples via UPS due to the fact that I wanted to buy a machine and start using it for my business as quickly as possible. I did not hear from part-owner Chad Youngblut by 2/7/18, more than a week after he got my samples. so I sent him a follow-up email. I still did not hear back from part-owner Chad Youngblut so on 2/9/18 I tried to call, and after several attempts I got Chad on the line. He was nice, apologized to me, telling me 3 of his people were out and that for sure he will get the sample tested and get back to me later that day. After still not hearing back, on 2/14/18, 5 DAYS LATER, I sent off another email and left recorded messages regarding what was the status of the test cutting? On 2/15/18 I left two more messages on their recorders. Then today, 2/16/18, I sent a general inquiry, using my real name, to ask if I could get a full refund if I bought a machine and it did not cut my material. Part-owner Chad Youngblut answered my inquiry, which I followed up with....."Hey, why don't you just test the sample I gave you and let me know if your machine will cut it?" After four attempts I finally reached Chad via telephone. By then I said to myself, "Do I want to buy an expensive plotter/cutter from a company that does not have the decency to follow-up with a potential customer and that emphasizes the fact that they provide eternal customer support?" I said, "NO", and then wrote this review. (I have proof of every statement made just in case anyone would like to refute my review.)

Hard for me to recommend a company higher. RON and CHAD have been EXTREMELY helpful over the years. Have been a customer for over 12 years. They care and they help. In this day and age, hard to find elsewhere.

LAST UPDATE: Got our cutter issue fixed after a year and a half of having the same problem. ALL the rubber wheels on all the bearings on the shuttle where cracked from new, and a couple weren't even rolling, just sliding. Accugraphics sold me new ones and when I got them, they were all cracked. We called them and they told us that is how the rubber rollers are installed on the bearings and they come from manufacturer that way. I ordered a set DIRECTLY from Gerber over seas, at 1/3rd the price and when I got them they had NO cracks in them at all !! ACCUGRAPICS sucks and are scams! DO NOT Buy from them!UPDATE: So over a year later of our cutter not coating correctly, we tear it down to find all the roller wheels are cracked and split causing the cutter to not cut correctly and not being able to get it set up. Accugraphics told us it was the way we were setting up our cutter, but actually it was the junk cutter they sold us that was defective right out if the box.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Bought a new cutter from Accu and I have 20+ years setting up cutters. Cutter seems to have a major issue. New cutter, new cut strip, ordered new holders, new blades. Sames issues no matter the setup. Ron Smith is a arrogant, rude person. Says I can't afford his company to send him down to fix it. Says we don't know what we are doing and if I load it up and drive the cutter to him he will have it running smooth in 5 minutes. I'm not shutting my shop down for entire day to drive it 3.5 hrs one way. If you do business with Accu, do not deal with Ron. Meanwhile I have a $5000 cutter that is wasting $100 worth of film a day.

Feedback:

This has been a little bit of a mixed bag experience. I love supporting small(er) businesses and I can appreciate the challenges facing a small staff as a solopreneur myself. The team offered me a discount on a new machine and a discounted extended warranty after mine broke, and took time to answer all my questions about the new machine and cutting program, which I very much appreciate. After everything was said and done, in about 24 hours - talk about fast - my order was sent (via very reasonably priced upgraded shipping) to an incorrect address. While a correction has hopefully been made (fingers crossed) not checking the final invoice for a mailing address isn't kosher. Neither is pulling a 2 year old mailing address from file without confirmation. But, again I have to conclude that customer service has been very helpful and knowledgeable, and again hopefully the courier will get the address update.

Very professional, great service! Showed great concern about my situation and made things happen fast and efficiently.

Maybe I'm not as bright as the average cutter user, well not maybe. I did however decide to buy the Cadillac of cutters (their own KLIC-N-KUT brand) from Accugraphics and sure enough, I had no clue what I was doing. I have personally called Accugraphics so many times that I have spoken to everyone at the company. I would have gotten tired of me already, but they never did. I couldn't believe I actually spoke with the VP of the company (Chad) who is there supporting his customers just like the rest of the company. I have been a pain but these guys really know how to take care of the customers. My hat (the first thing I cut with my new cutter, a sailors hat) goes off to Accugraphics.

Feedback:

The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful... I've been using them for years and I'm never disappointed
