Rob Jones did a fantastic job of educating me about why its important to set up a firewall on my home computer to protect my banking and on-line shopping activities. I really had no idea how vulnerable I was. He also showed me how to check websites for security certificates and the credit card boxes on purchase webpages for the ssl icon to show that its a secure site. I feel much more confident now and SAFER now when doing business on-line. Thanks Rob!

Rob has been amazing to work with. I've worked with many IT people throughout my career and also have just enough knowledge to know what needs to happen but not how to get there. Rob can make everything I need to happen work very effectively and he is efficient and cautious of his time. Initially Accurate Computer was highly recommended to our business. I am writing this review in an effort to save others what was an unprofessional experience.The short of it is there was little to no effort to collaborate our design ideas. An example of this is the owner wanted to run a survey to see if his ideas were better than our proposals. If you want someone who will design a website without your input, then Rob might be your guy. Our experience became so frustrating that we had to literally walk away and forfeit the deposit to build a website.
