My daughter's wedding is coming up soon and we're doing the invitations so I went in a few weeks ahead of time to discuss the pricing and services. Everything sounded good. I got the pocket folders in we planned to use, made sure the colors looked good on our graphics and called to confirm the file format they wanted at the printers. When I explained that I needed the images to be a precise size I was told that they didn't have time for my order and that I needed to go elsewhere.
