We've had three projects provided by this company over ten years and each time they were helpful and made signs of amazing quality. Our first project was metal and vinyl (3 signs), our second was vinyl-only and our latest project was enlarged photographs, five-feet high. All amazing. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience working with Jeff Trell. I explained to him what I was looking for, what my ideas were, and he was able to create a beautiful sign better than my expectations could ever be. He was so easy to work with and very helpful. He runs a very professional business and I can't wait to have his expertise for my next project. Everyone in the office is wonderful to work with, and I would highly recommend them to other local businesses.

I cannot stress enough what a disappointment dealing with this company has been. Typically in a service industry, they would be the ones to contact the customer on a regular and timely basis concerning work being done. Even on a throw away job, not like the channel letter signs for several units costing many thousands of dollars as I was having them do. I would have to constantly attempt contact with my "project manager" to find out any information, and usually, that information was fabricated (unlike the signs I had ordered).... Most of the jobs took far longer than a competent sign company would have taken. I finally had to do some research and contact the owners/principals in the company to get anything done, but that did not help all that much. Months after on of the "completed" jobs, I receive notice that one of them was not done as per the approved drawings submitted to the city, and needed to be fixed/changed. Upon notifying Acme Signs (everyone who I had contacted previously), nobody responded....at all... Once again, if you want to have any signage fabricated and installed anywhere near Connecticut, stay as FAR AWAY from this company as you can. This choice to use them nearly cost me my job....
