Very knowledgeable people, really good at what they do. They take care of their customers well and offer options and suggestions depending on your needs. They fixed my 3 year old Acer laptop about 6mos ago but when I had an issue just recently, I called and Meralyn walk me through some simple, trouble shooting steps that corrected the problem I had. I would go back for any other computer needs in the future and would most definitely recommend to my friends and family.
