We needed some ID tags made to identify equipment, I emailed my order and they had it ready by noon. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, made sure everything came how we asked! We have used them several times now and will be repeat customers. I highly recommend using action awards for your needs!

‘Twas the Wednesday before Mother's Day, and I was in desperate need of a gift for my wife. It was her first Mother's Day, and I knew if I didn’t come through it could meant the end of my life! I couldn't let her down. If I did, I knew many a night would be spent sleeping on the living room couch. Most married guys wouldn’t think this was so bad, but I am fairly certain my couch was built in a manufacturing facility ran by Helen Keller herself. Lumpy as hell, and I always end up with a stiff neck, but that’s neither here nor there. I scoured the Inland Empire to find a trophy shop that could do a custom acrylic piece with a picture of my son inside. Everyone I called wouldn’t give me the time of day. It was like I was Lavar Ball and everyone I called was Nike, Under Armour, and Reebok. When I told them what I wanted, they laughed at me and told me to go back to my overhyped family in Chino Hills. That was until I called Mike at Action Awards. As soon as he picked up the phone, it was like the voice God was speaking back to me. Ok, God may be a bit of a stretch. It was actually more like Joey from Full House doing the Mr. Woodchuck voice. Mike actually sounded like he might have a slightly receding hairline and a nose a little on the larger side, but I could be wrong. Needless to say, I explained my situation to Mike, and he said right away they would be able to help me! I emailed him the photo I wanted to include in the piece, and 2 days later, BOOM, it was delivered to my office. I was blown away by the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Thanks to Mike and the whole team at Action Awards for helping me stay out of the dog house!! I will definitely be back!!
