Litter! Action pages is literally littering all over Skagit County. These phone books are being dropped on off at every house and business without permission. What a waste, stop selling ads for trash. STOP LITTERING!!!

Although the law states that the company is liable for the contract this company keeps threatening people who work for the company of personal liability to collect debts. 1. The payments were taken from company accounts. 2. The actual contract states the company on the contract. Their collection practices uses threats against non liable people and harassment tactics. Here is a copy of the legalities of a signed contract on behalf of a company. It’s different when you sign on behalf of a company. A company is a legal entity separate from the people behind it.2 So when you sign for a company, the company is liable, not you. The company is party to the agreement. Thus, if the court decides in the other party’s favor, the entirety of that money must come from the company’s assets, not directly from the personal accounts of the people behind the company.
