I have been using the ActiveDEMAND platform for a while now, and love the call tracking integration with my other marketing initiatives. It tracks whether the lead came from a click or a call based on the email campaign, social media posts, page search or other promotion. When calls come in to the sales team, I can confidently show and report on the marketing steps that brought them to us.

Once we integrated call tracking, we started using ActiveDEMAND's landing pages, email marketing, and social media marketing capabilities. What started off as a tracking exercise is now a demand generation strategy. Love it!

ActiveDEMAND is a very complete call tracking solution. The dashboard reporting so see campaign performance and the call routing are the two features I use the most. The platform includes a lot of features you wouldn't normally expect like integration with Google Analytics, autoresponders, list management, social media posting and more. Highly recommend the solution to small businesses and marketing agencies.
