Lost my 5lb package , or delivered it to wrong address , they walk our street everyday and deliver mail they knew what house to deliver It to , they claimed it was delivered at 225 pm but I was outside and never saw no packages delivered 💁 ‍♀️ Thanks for losing my daughters 1st birthday stuff !!Here we are a second time , package is out for delivery by 8pm and here it is 6:30 pm and the lady done came down our street and NO package !!! I guess these people deliver packages when they want not when they are supposed to

This is a very busy location. The regular staff at the counter work hard to keep up with customers. The kiosk in the lobby usually doesn't work. If they kept the kiosk working, the customer line would be shorter.

The driver in my neighborhood is so lazy. They have been giving us 3 different neighbors mail. They said they delivered a package to my front door, but I have cameras outside my house and NO ONE came that day from usps. The company I ordered from will not give me my money back or resend my items. I'm stuck losing money and no one is helping me find my package.

The guy that was helping me tried to tell me he couldn't help me. I was trying to pick up a package. I told him I had the routing number. He told me he didn't think he could find the package with just the routing number. He said I needed paperwork. I tried explaining that I had ordered something from Ebay and all I had was tracking number. He literally rolled his eyes at me as I'm talking to him. I explained I had been on USPS website and I had set it up for me to pick up place from this location. After arguing with me he finally agreed to go look for package. He came back in less than a minute with my package. All he had to do was go look. But, instead he was just rude to me for about 5 minutes for no reason. Also don't get me started on their automated phone line when I tried calling this location. You cannot get a person on phone at all. It's no wonder so many people use FedEx and UPS, this place is a freaking joke.

This place is terrible. They are slow, understaffed, and most the employees seem to be mildly retarded. There are no machines to buy stamps so I was stuck in a line just to mail letters and the line was slow
