I signed up to use Actual Seo of Houston last year. I made it clear to Jamin at the time we agreed to use them them that we had issues in the past with other companies not allowing us full access to our information. They told us they would make sure we had full access. We were unhappy with their services due to the illiterate writing on the paid articles they were writing on our behalf and we stopped using them at the beginning of a month and they refused to give a refund for the month even though we didn't use their services for that month. We were working on our website template and made some mistakes and needed to access our C-panel within the hosting site we paid for through them. They sent us to another guy and he logged in to our site and helped us. They again our not working for us anymore but had full access. We called the hosting site In Motion Hosting and were told we couldn't do anything about it because the credit card and email wasn't ours so we couldn't verify our business to get access. Please be aware of providing any seo company access to your information. My opinion is to make sure you use your own hosting site to protect your business listing. Such a waste of time and money in my opinion. We are seeking restitution for all of the money we had to pay to get back our site. Now they have no access to any of our accounts..This is our opinion based on the responses from Actual Seo Media and only our opinion..Others may have better luck.. UPDATE...we were left a message on our business line from JAMIN and was threatened to take us to court for our HONEST OPINION.
