I was having problems installing the custom "Under Construction/Maintenance Mode" plug-in for my Word Press site. I contacted their customer service and was assigned a representative who patiently worked with me until it was up and running. In addition, found out the representative will be working with me if I have any future issues - this is an awesome feature - getting to talk to the same person! Highly recommend this plug-in and will definitely use them for future needs.

I added the premium floating icons to my Wordpress site and found out that Acurax could support all of my Wordpress needs. The staff is friendly, courteous and most important knowledgeable! They understood my layman's descriptions and were able to translate geek speak into something I could follow. After working with 3 web designers and not having a completed product, it was so nice to work with people who could do what I needed quickly and keep me informed along the way. Thank you, Acurax!

Using the Premium Floating social media icons - had to reinstall due to a small issue, possibly due to an issue at my end. I have to say the support I received was excellent. Very prompt and talked me through a few other options on the plugin, got the plugin up and running.Would highly recommend
