Feedback:

Submitted a request on Thursday morning for DOT stickers for my truck. Their price was reasonable and would be ready on Friday. Installation cost was to be billed at $100.00 per hour and would only require 10 to 20 minutes. Left the truck and keys with employees on Friday morning for installation that afternoon. Around noon I was called and told there should be an expedited charge of $50 for the stickers plus $100 for installation. In addition, the owner wanted me to tell her which of her employees quoted me the price. Very unprofessional. Left the store Friday with the DOT stickers at the agreed to price and installed them at home.
