I placed a letter in my work mailbox on Monday.. The letter is still there and it's Saturday. I even put up the flag to make the carrier aware that there was something that needed to be mailed. I also find it impossible to believe that a business hasn't received any mail for the entire week.

Terrible calling experience. No one to speak with, even after dealing with the automatic voice command system for over 30 minutes. Useless.

Call waiting time always says 1 hour . But it takes way longer then that for someone to pick up the phone I work for the state and I'm never home during business hours. I only have an hour lunch. Ive been trying to get my car running for a month now and the part says its at the front desk. But when I use vacation time to show up they just ask me for my number and tell me they will contact me if they find my misplaced part. This is very stressful migraines everyday I call

This place can’t pick up packages from my company there customer service is garbage I’ve filed complaints online and they only resolve them selves for a limited time I expect more from our postal service.The Freehold nj office constistantly delivers us the wrong mail and we have to sort it out and distribute it ourselves because of the short comings. This outfit also continues to not pick up our 20-30 plus packages on a daily basis leaving our customers waiting another day don’t plan on using them for your business needs very unreliable what a joke our postal system is here in Freehold zero stars

Contrary to the rest of these reviews, someone picked up the phone the 2nd time i called. They investigated my issue, actually called me back, and resolved it.
