If you do have a question relating to the industry they usually don't know the answer or "we will get back to you" response. However, there is never a response. What's more unsatisfactory is my employer paid for a course I attended. We were asked to submit an assessment via email to the lecturer which took several days to complete. No response from the lecturer even after a follow-up and therefore no grade.
