Having read the first review of ADvance print and copy with the 1 star I thought the reviewer was being extreme but after going in and also having a negative experience I understand why the low grade. I didn't meet with the owner/head printer but the staff acted as though they didn't want my business because he was away. Two women were there and they seemed to look at me like I was crazy for wanting to know more about their business.I told them what I wanted and they advised me to leave my number and I'd be called. I asked to see some samples of the company's work (which is a very basic request: binder with different print samples) and the first woman points to an open office and says that the sample book would be in there. I stared at her for a moment expecting her to get it for me but she just kept telling me to come back. I told her maybe this isn't the right place to have my work done and she agreed... It's like she didn't want my business. Realizing I was waiting for some kind of proof she eventually pulled an 8' x 11' sheet of paper and told me they printed things like this... I couldn't tell if that was what they made or if that was just an example of the types of things they printed but it looked pretty bad.I really hope that the owners read these reviews. I don't know if they realize that the folks working there come off like they're disinterested in printing all together and with this kind of impression why would I or anyone else want them to print my images?

Normally I don't post many reviews but after reading the review from Noel, I feel like I had to.I had a manual printed in June 2016. Brent was super helpful and communicated with me via email about all the options I could choose from. When I picked up my manual, Brent even told me he had used thicker paper at no extra cost since it would work better for my purpose. My manual was perfectly executed and almost a year later, still in great condition.To Noel, if all it took for to become disgruntled was to not be greeted within a SECOND of walking in, then perhaps you should go back to Quebec. It leaves Brent with more time to help me 😊

If I could give it a 0-star I would but that choice was not given to me. Their service is lousy, they do not have any clue about customer service. I was a free customer that came in from nowhere and I called ahead to say that I would be placing an order. I get there and brent didn't have the courtesy of even getting out of his chair to greet me. All he said was ' I'll be right there '. Well I waited 5 minutes which was 4 minutes and 59 seconds too long. I will not waste my time there again. I too am a businessman and if I were to ever treat anyone that way I am sure that I would get the same treatment back. Service and dependability is what I give and is what I expect. I guess I have to go back to Quebec to get some real service.
