I have used AG for several years now and LOVE everything they do for me. I work for a large institution so my orders tend to be in the thousands of pieces and they have never let me down. I did not hesitate to use them last year for PTSA shirts, even though the order was small they still came up with some amazing stuff!

**(ALL CAPS BECAUSE STILL FRUSTRATED)**I AM STILL FRUSTRATED BECAUSE SOME COMPANIES ARE MORE IMPORTANT OF THERE IMAGE,THAN THE SATISFACTION OF THERE CUSTOMER.THE DAY YOU REALIZE THAT PEOPLE LIKE ME MIGHT NOT SPEND AS MUCH MONEY AS THE BIG COMPANIES BUT WE THE ONE THAT CARES THE MOST THAT A LOCAL BUSINESS DOORS STAY OPEN.I DROVE 16 HOURS FOR A CAR SHOW AND CAME IN 2nd BECAUSE I FEEL THAT I DIDN’T HAVE MY DESIGN. I WAS ASKED BY OWNER TO TAKE MY REVIEW DOWN, SO I DID AND POSTED A NICER REVIEW ONLY TO THINK THAT HE WOULD CALL ME AND MAYBE SAY SINCE WE DROPPED THE BALL ON THIS ONE WE WILL FIX IT BY DOING......???? BUT INSTEAD HE WAS MORE WORRIED ABOUT THE REVIEW I POSTES, BUT I WILL SAY ONE EMPLOYEE THERE WAS VERY VERY HELPFUL DOING THIS ALL SHE CALMED ME DOWN. THANKS RO!!!!*******THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE I WISH I COULD POST THE SCREENSHOTS OF THE MESSAGES FROM THE SALESPERSON AND from MATT... AND ALSO MY RECORDED CONVERSATION OF THE OWNER ASKING ME TO PLEASE TAKE ME REVIEW DOWN.. (WHEN I CALLED THE SECRETARY EVEN THOUGH MY ORDER HAD BEEN ORDERED AND WAS IN SHE EVEN SAID AS SOON AS THEY CUT IT I COULD COME PAY IT WHEN I GOT THERE SO THERE WAS NO NEED TO PAY OVER PHONE BECAUSE IT WAS IN ALL RECORDED) THE OWNER ALSO SAID THAT HE WOULD PERSONALLY HANDLE IT, BUT WHEN I CALLED BACK HE’S ALL OF A CERTAIN ON VACATION!!!!LOL I WAS EVEN ASKED BY A SALESPERSON TO CALL A CUSTOMER BECAUSE I KNEW THEM, TO GET THEM TO PAY FOR THERE ORDER!!!THATS REAL PROFESSIONAL OF THEM...YOUR EXPERIENCE MAYBE BETTER THAN MINE BUT IF I COULD GIVE A -10 STARS I WOULD.

I wish that we could give them 10 stars! Very efficient, helpful, and quality work! We are amazed EVERY year with the design ideas our coaches give us and what they become with the work of Advanced Graphix and its artists. From sales, to the artists, to the folks putting the jerseys together in the back, a top notch experience every year! On the rare occasion there is a problem, they get it fixed quickly. We wouldn't chose to do uniforms anywhere else!

I'm grading them 5/5 stars based on the ease of talking with Matt. He answers questions in a timely and thorough manner. Only time will tell if the signs hold up in the Lubbock desert climate. But I appreciated the responsiveness and quick turnaround of this company.

I am really familiar with screen-printing in the LBK area and Advanced Graphix does an amazing job!! I work for a church and we have had shirts done as well as a ton of "promotional" products like pens, notepads, tumblers, etc. I have been extremely pleased with our sales rep and they get the work done as quickly as possible. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!
