I was selected as a candidate for a whistling competition and Dan was a big help for me with Backing Track Music technology !!There is a “Masters of Musical Whistling International Competition and Festival” to be held in Pasadena, CA on August 23-24, 2019. After a competitive audition, I was fortunate to be selected as a candidate ( only one in Charlotte, .. I was told) In order to participate in the musical whistling competition on stage, I must send my Backing Track music of my whistling to the committee and it was only a few days before the deadline. Although Dan was very busy, he understood the situation and he worked very hard, days and nights, on the technology part until it was done, just before the deadline. Very unprofessional!!!I called to ask about VHS services and told it would take 1-2 weeks to complete. When I respectfully asked him on the phone if there was a way to turn it around faster he wanted to charge me extra. I understand rush charges and fees but he got angry raised his voice and told me "why don't you just do it yourself" and hung up on me. I honestly wanted to support him but I work in the business and I know it only takes a few hours max to copy a VHS to a DVD (not a couple of weeks). That was very unprofessional and I recommend others to check out Biggs Camera or Legacybox. You will save half of your money and hopefully have a better customer experience.I really wanted to support a local guy but this was a huge disappointment!

Dan, at Advanced Video & Digital Services, did a wonderful job for me. He took a 38 year old cassette tape that I had and cleaned up the sound and put it on CDs for me. Now, along with family, I can more clearly hear the wonderful stories my Grandmother told and listen to her contagious laugh ! Thank you, Dan, for working with me in such a professional, prompt, and caring manner !!!

Advanced went above and beyond and delivered the finished product efficiently. They were great at explaining the process and difficult technology verbiage involved with challenging video editing.
