Overall Feedback:

I honestly can't figure out who/when these good reviews were left. I have had a terrible experience with this company. I've been paying them for almost a year now and their "guarantee" of getting my brand on the 1st page of Google hasn't materialised yet (except 1 keyword for 1 week before stopping ranking completely again). They have no idea how to fix an issue that is supposedly stopping this happening. They have told me not to update my website for the last month while they try to get their act together but that is also the last time I could get a hold of anybody on the phone. Leave voicemails, texts and emails to call me but they bluntly refuse. Stopping my next direct debit and will look to take legal action against them for not living up to their "guarantee". Also, I use "them" liberally as I have only ever spoken to one person and nobody answers any of their phone lines no matter when you call. Total con.
