Delighted with the outcome!We contacted Advansys as we felt our existing website solution didn’t match our expectations and certainly didn’t reflect our product standards. After an initial consultation, a plan was formulated and we moved forward with the new site. Advansys delivered on their promise of providing us with a website that matched our expectations, we’re delighted with the outcome. Now the site is live, they are doing our SEO campaign for us and I’m just as confident that this will be carried out with the same professionalism and expertise.

Leigh over at Advansys helped my company Willing Care Recruitment with our new website. Since its been up and the SEO has been running alongside it, we have had a 70% rise of inbound applications. I'm over the moon with the service Advansys provide. Both Leigh and Di have been very helpful throughout the entire process. I wouldst get a website done by anyone else after seeing the results they promised come to fruition

Throughout the project our Account Manager has been available via e-mail & phone. Responses have been appropriate, speedy and often going above and beyond, particularly in the later stages, to help us through the process ready for go-live.We are very pleased with the overall design of the site, and have had the opportunity to give feedback throughout the project. The build went beyond the original deadline, due in part to delays from both parties at different stages. Luckily we were in a position where the live date could be extended. The Account Manager was very aware of this throughout and tried to ensure resources were available to ensure all snags were resolved swiftly. The change over from our old site went very smoothly.The final result is everything we had envisaged at the start of this journey: appealing visually, user friendly, an intuitive CMS and also technically sound site. Advansys have had a "can-do" attitude throughout, and have worked throughout the project to maintain momentum. Although there has been the odd compromise along the way, our overall experience with Advansys has been positive. We are confident we made the right decision in working with them on this project. This is not our first online venture, and the experience has renewed our faith in eCommerce solution providers.

Deciding on the path to building a new website is very daunting but Advansys have helped me every step of the way to produce a beautiful, well structured site with great content, imagery and video. Past experience with other companies has been poor, with lack of ideas to slow development but that was not the case with Advansys. From the moment I was assigned an account manager the communication was excellent right through to implementation. The design and build was exactly to my specification but with their creative help my ideas came to life. Like any project it takes time to get it right but the development was quick and consistent and they achieved the finished result in a good time scale with wonderful results.I am so delighted with the service I received and when I look at the new website there is nothing I would change, that in my experience is a true testament to the company.

Advansys have produced a great website for Superfast Labels and provides a great visual presence of our business and key services, we can further build and edit pages ourselves in the user CMS panel when we add further services or products.From start to finish the communication and management of the build was outstanding with any questions answered quickly via the account manager and any problems quickly resolved.Our logo is not the easiest to work with but the design team have produced a great blend between logo and site appearance, the end result is more than we initially was expecting with the high quality images supplied from us.Unlike most people we didn't have a specific time frame for our project, this enabled us to get this project right first time without many amendments and leaving us time to collate good high end images to use that enables the site to show clients a visual insight to our business. Advansys built the site quickly at the stages of which we supplied the content and images.Final results..... fantastic. Professional and a pleasure to deal withTVS Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) is an end-to-end supply chain service provider across a variety of market sectors, primarily trading in the B2B environment. During 2014, there was a business requirement to research and develop an e-commerce platform that would enable TVS SCS to ‘go to market’ in the B2C environment with a range of LDV Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) parts.After extensive research, TVS SCS selected Advansys as the domain experts to help deliver and host a website that would allow end-users to directly purchase a range of parts and integrate with TVS SCS’s internal ERP system. This was a challenge not only for TVS SCS but Advansys also, as this was their first automotive business they had taken on. A project scoping meeting was jointly attended, in which TVS outlined our overall requirements and Advansys listened attentively giving us their advice and guidance for best practice in e-commerce trading.A detailed timing plan was provided with key milestones and gateways along the process (wireframes, creative designs, data-feeds, data integration, UAT testing etc.).Throughout the entire process, Advansys provided regular weekly project updates and, in between times, were always contactable as-and-when required. The project was managed professionally and throughout the entire process Advansys were always a pleasure to deal with.Advansys presented TVS with a selection of skeletal wireframe designs for us to critique and ultimately approve. Once these had been approved, Advansys’s creative designers then produced artwork(s) for the overall site ‘look-and-feel’, rotating banners and confidence banner/vignette designs. The goal was to create a site which was visually appealing, easy to navigate and ensure the end-user could find the desired part(s) with the minimum of ‘clicks’ - ultimately providing the customer with a great end-user experience.Due to business needs, TVS SCS set Advansys an extremely challenging 'deadline’ in which to deliver their e-commerce solution - which they successfully achieved. The entire end-to-end process taking circa 12 weeks.TVS are extremely pleased with the LDV Parts Directe-commerce site. So much so, that since it’s launch in December 2014 a second ’skin’ has now been designed and launched in order to deliver an e-commerce solution for trading Land Rover parts to the general public.The next 'go to market' project is currently in discussion…

The company has asked us to pay £3000.00 + vat just to gather information on what we need and to produce a quote for their work. It appeared they do not even understand what we have requested them to quote on. There was not a single question about our business operations.Eventually they quoted some £6000.00 more that the nearest competitor. We believe they just wanted to be paid for their staff training - absolutely appalling.

Worst company ever, awful customer services. Do not care about their customers.We Started with Advansys ltd for our website ecommerce package back last february 2013. We were having a new website designed with ebay store design and integrated with amazon.We were passed to their lithuania colleagues for their designers to work on our project which wasnt what I was expecting as I had chosen them as they were local, they never mentioned this until we signed up with them. We were quoted 6-12 weeks, we realised quite quickly that it was going to overrun, in the beginning we didnt mind if it overran by a few weeks. But it didnt overrun by weeks it overran by months. Started February, October we still didnt have any thing at all working, we had to constantly chase them and ended up doing lots of research and doing most of the work ourselves. It was a complete nightmare, they didnt seem to know what they were doing, they would take weeks to sort out one problem then another one would crop up.There was constant staff turnover and we had to keep repeating the problems and parts of the project to numerous staff. This cost us a lot of time and our business really suffered as we were not able to run it as we normally would.We may as well have done all the work ourselves, we thought going with a knowledgeable company and spending high end money would create a great website and make our company look professional and run really smoothly. This didnt pay at all, it caused untold stress and cost thousands of pounds.We ended up having to walk away with nothing, Advansys refused to pay any of our money back and wanted more money to finish the project, we lost all trust in these people and couldnt risk paying any more money out, we seriously doubted their ability to finish the project. We also would have had to pay out more money monthly for their support/hosting etc (which we found out was on a ticket system and was poorly run). We knew if we carried on this company would cause us years of stress as they had done for the months we had dealt so far with them. It was devastating to walk away from all the hard work and thousands of pounds we had put in. But we had no choice it was too much of a risk.

Excellent, impressive design and buildWe chose Advansys to design and build a new desktop/tablet/mobile compatible solution to improve our online sales. We were given a few possible options each at different price points but decided to go for their latest "Razor" platform. It's taken around 4 months to complete and we've all been extremely pleased and impressed with the final result produced - it looks and performs well. It's still early days but we are confident the new solution will convert far more than our existing one and we know from Google we were losing out with traffic from smart devices.The design and development process was straightforward and we appointed one of our staff internally to be the point of contact which worked well. We were given lots of hand-holding as we had data spreadsheets to complete which required our time and input but the account manager at Advansys was always helpful and gave us any assistance we required.
