Was told that they could fix my tractor was charged $600. after four times and two months of returning the tractor I was told that they were not qualified to work on it and I needed to take it somewhere else to have it worked on. The owner told me he does not guarantee his employees work...These guys never fix the leak on the tractor put 23 gallons of hydraulic oil in it during the four times I had taken it there and then said I was responsible for the leaking hydraulic oil, which was never fixed and I was to pick up my machine and take it somewhere else. I have wasted numerous hours loading and unloading and numerous hours drive time driving tractor back and from Wyoming for them to try and fix.The hydraulic oil has ruined the deck on my trailer from it leaking!!Horrible customer service!!!

I will be back!!! Everyone who helped me with my purchase went above and beyond! I recommend them, HIGHLY!I was searching for a very specific firearm. Not finding it anywhere local, I called and spoke with Chad. He let me know that he would look into it and get back to me. Less than 40 minutes later I received a call from Andrew telling me that he located it! After he and I spoke at length about the type and everything, he still didn't look surprised when I walked through his door just to see what he was seeing. I just had to make sure that it was the right one. I asked him to order it, he said since it was late Friday, the order would go in on Monday and I should see my firearm by the following Friday. Imagine my surprise when they called on Thursday. It was there. It was ready to go. I was so excited! I took off work and went to pick it up. The fellas where so nice and it was great to share my experience with them. I will be back!!! Those hard to find purchases - They are the fellas you want to see. Excellent Service, Excellent Knowledge, Excellent Experience, Excellent Communication from Start to Finish. Thank you Chad, Andrew and the entire Staff at Advantage Rental & Trading Post.

Very friendly staff. Was looking to sell my AR15 and the staff member Donavan was super friendly. Though they weren't taking in any guns he did offer advice on how to sell it during the slow season. Offering a solution though they couldn't take my business is what good customer service is all about.

This place is a bunch of scam artists. I think that’s why there prices seem so much lower but I’m going to Sunbelt next time. I will pay more up front but save money and headache in the end.
