As a customer, who has ordered a LOT of books from America's Test Kitchen (who uses Aero as their fulfillment house) - I can tell you that Aero is incompetent as far as getting actual product orders out the door and shipped correctly. Every. Single. Order. I've placed has had something screwed up with it from their end. Every. Single. One. They have cost America's Test Kitchen a customer as I will NOT place another order with them directly because ATK uses Aerofulfillment. They are absolutely pathetic at fulfilling orders for their clients.
