1. They don't understand the clients requirements.2. They then blame you based on the project cost saying that the project is out of budget.3. As far I understand, basic alignment of front end design should be covered under any budget as that is the basic requirement of a presentable website. They lack on that considerably.4. They won't answer or respond to your phone, email or text.5. Beware of the timeline, at AES, 1 week means 4 months.6. Unprofessional staff who lack knowledge in their own field.
