To give this place one star is insulting to the star. Horrible, rude and insulting. Service dept is run by clowns who have no knowledge of their product. Replaced and charged top dollar for a new carburetor when all is need was a gas cap. You would be better off dealing with a wall, seeing that you would receive an intelligent response from the wall. The word "pro" in the name is a joke! **Updated 8/7/19. Spoke with the GM and resolved a few issues. Good to see someone still has integrity. So i am raising the review a little higher.

Great service. I just bought a JD 310J from Richard. He located the Machine in Alabama, and worked the deal better than my local dealer here in Tallahassee. Great followup and the machine was delivered today, and was everything I was promised an expected. Thanks Richard!
