Not worth even 1 star. Worst customer service. The service guy does not know even the basics of how wifi works and used foul languages, when we asked him back. I'm not recommending Airfiber anywhere. Please dont use it

I contacted them for many time. After two days only I got response. And they are not ready to give connection in new place. Only if any other customer is using airfiber in that location. They are ready to give connection there. How can you provide service for all the customer then?

I have not used airfiber but I had requested for a new connection which they never gave utb kept on telling that it will be done tomorrow each time I call them..A professional body like this should tell straight away if they are not interested to give connection instead of giving fake promises over a period of 2 weeks .

My internet connection is not working from last 20 days. Raised n called them so many times still didn't get rectify. Speed is good but incase of any issues then that's all no proper service.

Very bad service and you end up in paying without using. I would have rated 0 if there was an option. They say 100Mbps speed you will not get even 1 Mbps. I strongly suggest don't go for it

From the initial days of connection, I am facing issues on every week atleast one or twice and too only after 6.00PM and they won't provide any support or even don't attend the calls during evening. One good thing is Technicians are attending calls during the work hours but they can resolve only if they are not engaged with other issues. I have gone through the previous reviews posted here. Most of the people facing the same issue like most of the time they are facing the connection issue and customer care doesn't attending the calls. Airfiber team has to understand, unstable service may affect the consumer's client as well and consumer may loose their customer or business due to unexpected connection issue. I kindly request Airfiber Management team to get look into this and resolve it because I think there is a good growth for you, as you are providing reasonable high speed broadband service than other broadband in hosur.

Initially their service was appreciable. But now they take 1 to 2 weeks to resolve the concern and sometimes no response at all. Im having Airfiber Internet connection for Office purpose. For past one month requesting to resolve the slow speed connection and not yet resolved. Such a pathetic service
