This was pretty close to the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I went in and just wanted to little car decals and the lady at the front desk took down all my information and sent me on my way. Four days later, still no invoice or word of my order. I called and the lady said she would send me the invoice and call me after she sent it. That never happened. I called the next day, same thing. Except this time she called me the next day and then sent the invoice. Needless to say I took my business somewhere else and they had everything done in under 24 hours all over email. I will not be returning.

60 years old and Pioneer in Sign IndustryAmazing company, I used to work there. Super quality oriented. Whenever there was a small scratch or minor or slight unnoticeable change in quality still we used to trash them and make new ones. The owner is very kind and generous.Amazing Company to work inand amazing company to work with.After my 6 months of working here serving quality loyal customers, I wish them good luck.

I made a design, ordered a small decal to make sure if like how it was printed. Made a comparison and they were not the same. I walked back and showed the girl in front who called some guy, Roger or Robert, came from the cubby behind her. Took a look and I explained that the background was not clear how I wanted and the wording didn't match. His response was they could see and mess with it, but for $4. Well, they promote great pricing, but then use their low prices as a reason to provide somthing that was not ordered or of poor quality. I will never come back here, especially when I print the decals for my commercial fleet.

Terrible Customer ServiceI needed a sign in a week so I looked this place up and ordered it. I had a few calls with one of the guys and he said it would be done on Friday in the morning. Well when it hit Friday I drove to Sign Print. When I got their I went up to the front desk and asked for my sign and all of that stuff. But she said we never did order a sign. So she looked all the possible names and still didn't find anything. So we asked her if their was the guy we spoked to and she said no In a very sarcastic answer.The worst thing was they never gave me a call back. I would not suggest any body to use this resource if you need it done in one to two weeks and the communication was terrible on their part.
