My husband orders weekly from All American Balloons. On more than one occasion All American has gone far above and beyond what is expected to make sure we received our balloons when we need them, even though the mistake that led to late delivery was NOT their mistake.As a business owner myself, I cannot express the respect I have for this company and the way they show appreciation for their customers. In our experience, in 2018, customer service of such quality is rare from small businesses. 5 stars for All American Balloons all day.

All American Balloons really came in clutch today after my vendor dropped the ball. The CSR that took my call went out of her way to personally verify the balloon I needed was in stock and made sure that it shipped out today and would get to me by tomorrrow.

Literally the worst “party supply store” and if you’re coming here for balloons DON’T! You’ll get way better service at a chain store. Latex balloons can’t be sold separately. And the best part, if you’re returning there’s a 25% restocking fee! 😂 seriously avoid this place and use the internet instead!

I'm a balloon twister and decorator and I go through a lot of balloons. All American Balloons in Arlington has the best stock and friendly customer service in the business. Not only do they keep everything I need in stock, they make me feel like family.
