A very responsive and welcoming staff. Rob's work restoring my original laptop after it was compromised, and getting me started on my new laptop, has been thorough and professional. In addition, his follow-up and patience with this Luddite are amazing!

DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!! I never write reviews, but absolutely feel compelled to write this. Without getting into how unprofessional they are, I will write about the disservice they did me. I dropped my computer off with a small windows problem, being told I would have it back the next day. I called the next day only to be told it was more involved. And it would be done the following business day. I told them do what you have to and expressly told them not to touch a specialized software (it's my livlihood). One week later, I went to pick up my computer and they had totally uninstalled my specialized software! I left in tears, without my computer, but to figure out what I needed to do. I called my software company and they said they could fix it. I went back to get my computer (which I had paid for their services) and the secretary would not release it. She said I had to wait for the technician, who was at lunch. 1/2 hr later he shows up and gives me my computer. I go home to work with my software company and they need to know where the files were backed up. I call this company and the owner and tech are on break and don't take my call. Thank God I had carbonite!!! BTW_ while I was waiting for them to give me my computer, another irate customer came in. I recommended he bring his business elsewhere. Which is what I recommend to antone considering using this place. DO NOT!!

I manage 4 properties on Cape Cod. This year, we took over Oceanside Condos. We met Rob from All Around Computers who takes care of Oceanside Condos Wifi System. I was impressed with his honesty about the IT questions we had for him. I was equally as impressed with his professional demeanor and willingness to discuss many options for a solution to IT questions. I asked him to come take a look at a few things at one of my other properties. (Pelham House Resort). He quickly reviewed our property and it's current IT status. I've been having issues with my workstations, servers and especially WiFi. In 1 month, Rob reconfigured my whole IT world. He also fixed and installed a new WiFI system throughout the property. We have never had Wifi signals like we do now. My workstations and servers are working they way I need them too and if I have any questions, Rob attends to my needs immediately. I must say that the most important part of a relationship with a Business and a IT company is Trust. In a short period of time, I've already established the trust. All Around Computers has been our "go-to" for tech solutions for our restaurants and residence for several years now. From network solutions to camera, security, cloud systems, VOIP phones and all types of computer issues. From the first time we used All Around Computers for a network system installation, their techs were very knowledgeable, and the owner, Rob was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They responded to my inquiry the same day, came by and did an extensive site survey and explained the entire process well beyond my expectations.
