Brought laptopin for suspected fan replacement to confirm diagnosis. Ordered parts without my consent and would have done the repair if I hadn't gone in myself to check on my equipment. They had to put back together and only charged me the diagnosis fee. When I picked it up they tried to send me home with a Toshiba charging cord. Noticed before I left the parking lot and brought it back in. The guy couldn't find the cord that went with mine and tried to give me one that "worked" with my laptop but still wasn't mine. It was much older and beaten up. The gentlemen very irritated that I ask him to find mine. I keep my belongings in good shape and find it disturbing that they could be so lax about losing a customers equipment and poor customer service.
