Back in 2014, our co-founder Arek was Marketing Manager of Wolfestone.

During his 3 years there, turnover doubled and staff numbers increased by 50%.

He worked with agencies both good and bad, but they all had one thing in common. They were great at delivering their work on time and on budget, but they never took responsibility for the end result. The bottom line objectives. That was the clients responsibility.

So he set up All Trousers in December 2015, one year after he left the corporate world as the solution to that need to create an agency that works with clients on real results.

In March he was joined by co-director Liz, who looks after Operations and Finance. Then in mid-2015 by Sian, who helps run marketing projects and we continue to grow.
