Feedback:

Started off fine, decent staff, spoke to Fred C. Gave my info and discussed the options. Stated that Eastlink cable and Bell Dsl (which is what i have, and is a bit unreliable through VMedia) are really the only options. They said that based on the address, it should be fine. I paid for the installment, paid for the modem deposit. The modem arrived fairly quickly. The first date passed for the install, postponed about 5 days. 5 days later I received an email and a call stating that my address couldn't be provisioned. They asked that I call to discuss options. I did, they offered DSL ( again, it's not that reliable). I called to request a refund, and to have a credit for the return mailing of the router/modem. The dude on the phone thought that was "frankly absurd" to request a refund for the return postage cost. Hmm, I feel bad for their customers if that is how they are treated. TL;DR Great initially, but who ever I spoke with to terminate needs some work on their Customer Service skills
