Client Review on All Core

Feedback:

Coming from a small ISP where the relationship between client and owners was very close, I expected to become lost in the larger client base of an ISP like Allcore. I couldn't have been more wrong. From the initial phone call from Allcore explaining the merging of my account with Allcore to the many -- what may be considered minor -- questions I had with my ISP services, the Allcore staff provided helpful, knowledgeable and professional answers. They were courteous and I have come to depend on their expertise as I prepare a new computer to be online. Would I recommend Allcore to others? I already have; and I will continue to do so in the future.
