Feedback:

The worst company ever. Telling me the technician came by my house and never did when I was home all day. You would think to call and let me know he is on his way. So they only credited me back by email transfer of 59$ when they took $115 out of my credit card. They couldn't even put the $59 back on my credit card. Obviously I'm livid if I feel RIPPED OFF. So what the "manager" do? He hangs up because I'm apparently yelling at him. Ya I'm Yelling because your employee Fred had said that even he didn't know what was going on with my account. So I cancelled and now they are charging me when I had no internet over the holidays. I called on December 11, they said the technician wouñd come on December 15, he never showed up so I cancelled on the 17. THEY CANT EVEN CONFIRM OR GIVE ME PROOF OF THE TECHNICIAN COMI G. This is so unfair. And one last thing don't forget to cancel your service because they don't have the decency to call and let you know that your service is still on after moving. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARBAGE COMPANY TO NO ONE.
