The employee who took my phone call and handled my order had a problem opening one of my attachments. I never received a call or any notification whatsoever. I just arrived at my meeting and didn't have what needed! I called and spoke with him. He didn't offer me one word of apology and we hung up the phone with the issue unresolved! I called back and spoke with Russ who took care of the issue at no cost, though when I returned the second time to pick up what wasn't printed originally, the other employee walked away from the counter, still without one word of apology. I'm shocked and trying to understand how a company does business like that.
