Client Review on Alliance Precision Plastics

Feedback:

So, I was referred here by Remedy Staffing at the 105 Elmore Dr. location for B shift. It took a few weeks to actually start, but when I finally started there, they expected me to know all and follow every direction they had in place, without any prior experience or training. And most the directions weren't too clear to begin with. There was a lot of miscommunication my first couple days, and asking for clarification had me scolded. However, I was catching on and doing just fine as told by the Alliance employees who went around asking people if they knew what they were doing... So not even 1 week later, Alliance told the agency I wasn't following directions. So, I was no longer on assignment. The actual work wasn't too bad, it was just the supervisors and managements expectations and sh*tty attitudes they had. I felt everyone except the regular employees and temps were against me... Remedy told me, "Alliance does that sometimes. Don't know why they're like that..." I feel like they're just using people.... But just a heads up. It's loud in there. You cant take breaks when you want, there isn't a set time for breaks either. You need to be relieved by other employees to tend to your machine, which is usually the case. You are assigned different machines everyday. There are about 400+ different machines. Each one is a different learning experience/process.
