This guys took care of customer with worst minority discrimination.Do not go this allied located in Bound Brook.Also they did cheat customer when returned items, they charged restock fee 20% and counted wrong buckets, when you need return items, pls count with them and take the pictures before they picked up.Later, they lied the quantity and products.Do not trust themReally terrible guys and minority discrimination.

Well I sent my wife to pick up siding since I was unable and she was met by ignorance and rudeness. They actually denied a phone sale. If you are a minority just stay away and go somewhere else. I was on the phone while Debbie was disrespecting my wife and it took a lot of energy for me not to leave my job site and meet her with the same ignorance. I will never use this place again. If I could give it negative stars I would in a heart beat.

Had one package to drop off , sat for two hours , 3 or 4 running around on forklifts, if I got paid by hour would not care but e-log just don't stop

As a local resident going into what is clearly a wholesale operation, I was prepared to be treated with apathy at best. My first stop on a Saturday to confirm they had what I needed was amazing. Their counter-representative was welcoming, extremely helpful and even allowed me to take home a color sample string (which would never happen in a big box operation). When I returned on Monday to place my order (and return the chips) he was equally helpful and gracious. Now for the ridiculous part, when the yard-men brought my order out they refused to put it on the roof of my 7 series BMW. Mark then proceeded to his own pick up truck, loaded my order in back and threw me the keys. As a former business owner, I would seriously frown on this situation and I'm not suggesting everyone show up there looking to borrow a vehicle but, this was one of the most generous and kind acts I have ever heard of - let alone been the recipient of. Frankly, I've been feeling pretty crappy following the election so, it's a big THANK YOU to Allied for giving me hope.
