Nasty, rundown campus. Inadequate training and a apathetic hr and management team. The drug screens are a joke and are administered by persons with no business doing so

Worst place to work! Management never is congruent, calls are so stressful back to back you don't even have time to drink water or breath after calls..... get away from this place

Worst company ever!!! Ok for first employment however just know they might send you home if you're sick and still write up a referral. The supervisors play favorites and will excuse absences from favorite employees. Supervisors and team leads are extremely lazy stay at desk watching TV, checking their phones, as well as talking to one another. Great place to get up on your feet and get some call center experience, but do not work there long term.

Was given a job offer to make some extra cash from my main job. This is now the second time from them they cancelled my class and wanted me to reapply. Huge waste of money, these guys are professional con artists. Best of all, to learn my training and class had been cancelled, I got a generic email and no other forms of contact, NO phone call at all. ALORICA SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!!!! Scam artists, liars and absolutely abhorred business practices.Save yourself some time and NEVER GO TO ALORICA!!!!!!!!!If there had been an option less than 1 star I would've given them -5.
