I have worked for Alorica for almost 3 years at 4 different sites across Florida and remotely. Sarasota has been the best experience thus far from a recruitment perspective. We at SRQ are very engaged in our employees and new hires throughout their career. From the congrats handshake in our recruitment lobby to passing through the operations hallway, we are family and colleagues in the workplace. In my career I have worked for a few other call centers in which employee engagement is minimal and disconnected. Not Alorica.
