Client Review on AlphaGraphics Charleston

Unfortunately I have to say that I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service that I received from the team at AlphaGraphics. I’m not typically one to write negative reviews, but just want to share my experience so that they can improve the service they are giving to the public.I needed to rush order some stickers for an event that I am having this weekend, I could’ve ordered online and paid extra for shipping but I wanted to give the business to a local company and be able to guarantee that I could pick up my stickers on time for the event.On Monday morning I called and spoke with Chris, I emphasized that the order had to be completed by Thursday morning and asked if they would be able to do that, Chris told me that that was no problem that they would get it done for me. I immediately sent over the artwork they needed and waited for an estimate and proof.Monday afternoon I got the estimate called and spoke with Chris told him that I would like to go ahead with the job again asked if it could be ready by Thursday morning, again I was promised that it would be no problem that he would send me a proof for the die cut Tuesday morning. By mid morning of Tuesday I had not received the proof so I called and Chris was not available so I left a message for him. About two hours later I emailed and about another hour later I called again, still no proof. Before 5 o’clock I called again and got Shawn at the desk. Shawn promised me that he would give the message to Chris that it would still be no problem to have my stickers by Thursday morning and that Chris would email me the proof first thing in the morning. Wednesday morning, still no word, called and left messages again with no response. Finally I got a hold of Sean again Wednesday afternoon and he promised that Chris would be back shortly and that he would call me as soon as Chris got into the office. I let Shawn know that I was really disappointed in the service I received and he promised me that they would get it taken care of and that he would talk to the team so that other customers do not get forgotten.It is now 11 o’clock Thursday morning, I should’ve picked up my stickers by now and still no word from the team at AlphaGraphics.I hope that the owner of AlphaGraphics will reach out to me, I am also a small business owner and know what it’s like when my team does not live up to their commitments And the level of service our customers deserve. Again I don’t want to bash this company I’m sure they do a great job for many others, but in this Instance I’ve been left out in the cold, and do not have my stickers for the event which is a huge disappointment.
