Let me start off by saying that I will not give this company one star only from my previous experience of working with them! My last visit and encounter with representative Keith was horrible! My first project with him was amazing which is why I returned for another project! You would think that customer loyalty doesn’t exist with this company! I came in the previous day to submit my graduation invitations and he specifically told me they would be ready the following day after 12! No problem! I arrive after 12 as he told me to do so and he goes into explaining how the project wasn’t finished / started because of an emergency that had to be dealt with! Still no problem on my end , I was very much so patient with him ! I understand things happen! As he walks back to get Jessica he says that he’s getting confused so I’m just going to refer her to “staples” ! If I wanted to get services from staples I would have went there in the first place ! He then passed me along to work with Jessica who was nothing short of amazing ! She was patient and very understanding with me , as I’m working and speaking with her he continuously wouldn’t let us have a proper conversation without interrupting and caused even more confusion between us! Full definition of annoying micromanagement , Jessica was able to handle and assist me without the interruptions! I felt pressured and rushed to make a decision and if I didn’t get my documents together in his timely manner then he basically wanted nothing to do with me or my services! His attitude was horrible and the customer service was at an all time LOW coming from Keith ! It’s safe to say that you would need to come in on his good day or just not work with him at all and request another representative! I am a college student aged 26 and not one time was I ever disrespectful or out of character even when he dismissed me and my services over his simple frustrations , I did nothing wrong and there was a solution to the problem he just didn’t care to fix it or find a solution for the customer ! I would not recommend this printing company for failed satisfaction on customer service dealing with him ! So for that I will rate this company with two stars !
