Great communication, fast turn around. They reviewed my PDFs/files and notified me of a mistake I had made with one of my files prior to printing. It would be great if their setup fees were at a lower cost for standard 8.5x11 and 11x17 printing.

The initial contact with Alpha graphics was amazing. The end result was not. I placed my order online May 16th and then proceeded to the physical location same day to confirm my pickup date for Saturday May 19th. The hours of operation on Saturday are 9AM to 12PM. I arrived Saturday morning around 9AM to only find the store was closed. Major disappointment, and I was left confused 😕. I had an event later that evening and was in need of my company menus. I called today (Monday) to get a clear understanding of what happened before writing this review. I was told " You have to call and see if we're open on Saturdays, it varies". Something I wasn't told in the beginning. In conclusion they offered to run my order today (Monday)and told me it would be ready in 30 minutes, which furthermore let's me know the order was never ready for pickup on Saturday the 19th. The only reason I'm giving this company two stars is because their work is truly excellent and the professionalism of the initial contact.

Awesome experience! I had a multi-page portfolio I needed to print very last-minute, and Al was so helpful—he was very thorough in communicating with me, and making sure all the details/measurements were correct before printing. This is an old-school type of place with experienced professionals. Fast turnaround, affordable, great results, and so easy to work with!

AlphaGraphics was truly a LIFE SAVER! Mike absolutely went above and beyond for me after hearing about my dilemma at 4 other print shops. Instead of turning me away he made it possible and if that doesn’t say good customer service I don’t know what does. I’d recommend to anyone after the experience I had with them. The quality of the work was amazing and I was overly satisfied and the prices are worth it too.
