I own a small business and have some printing needs but like most small business owners, when I have needs, I need all the help I can get. The team at AG has always gone way above and beyond the call of duty to help me in getting my printing needs handled in a timely and efficient manner. The staff is extremely professional and hard working and has met each and every deadline I have given to them. The pricing is fair and transparent. From the first phone call throughout the entire process, great staff and service. I usually never take time to go online and leave a review for every business I interact with, even if I receive poor service. But this time, I felt the need to. Mike and Ted promptly took care of my request with professionalism and I appreciate it.

Mike was excellent to work with. Always available by phone, quick to reply to emails and patiently answered all my questions. The vertical banner was printed perfectly and quality was great. I also added printing of 100 flyers the day I was to pick up the banner and everything was ready and waiting. I would highly recommending Alpha Graphics and would definitely do business with them again.
