Feedback:

After a drawn-out five weeks spent with AlphaGraphics on our wedding invites, they forgot to put the stamps on the RSVPs. Throughout the process the work was error-ridden at every single step. A few examples:- Multiple misspelled words after copy had been provided- Different colors than the three we had requested- Wrong size cut on the final proof (not deliverable via USPS standards)I probably should have caught the red flag at the start, when we received a design that made no sense and it transpired that our account representative never looked at the images, fonts and examples we had sent as inspiration.In hindsight, I should have contacted the owner myself instead of writing this review first, but I was very upset and took the easy perhaps underhanded route. The owner contacted me and graciously offered a solution for providing stamps for our guests, plus a refund for the stamps and a 10% inconvenience fee. Anything after the fact would have been too late as we didn't want to confuse guests further, but the gesture was nice.Outside of the stamps, the experience was not one I'd expect of a professional creative agency.
