Client Review on AlphaGraphics Roanoke

I had good experience but with a shock. Linda was very helpful. I got very good pricing compared to online printing options. I was told that a small resizing would save paper and reduce cost. I agreed and the reduced price was quoted. When I went to pick up the brochures they charged $15 more. We were not told about it prior and neither the cost is justified. So that was unprofessional. Print quality is good and i might consider coming again but I wish the quote given to us was adhered to and not loaded with extra charge without any notification and that too for a small resizing work thats hardly 5 min job. I ended up with a smaller brochure and paid same price as I would have done. They said next time it will cost less...then what was the point. I wanted to save today not in future. I wish they were more transparent as I was happy with their service until the shock at the last moment.
