Did good work for us for a long time. Had them do multiple things with our logo and spent quiet a bit of money for the size that we are. Called them up one day and they all of the sudden told me they didn’t have our logo and to act like “they don’t have any of our information, so just send them everything, ok?” In a pretty rude manner. I called back and talked to someone else. They said they would follow up and they never did. I called the owner twice in a span of about 3 weeks and he never would answer. The last time I made it clear that I was about to take my business elsewhere. He just had one of his people call me with “_____ said you wanted to start an order?”. Really pitiful.
