Extremely disappointed. I called before I went over and spoke to someone named Craig. I explained to Craig what I wanted done with my prints. He informed me that Alphagraphics was able to meet my needs. I went in with my prints, and was told that what I wanted, couldn't be done. I tried to see if there were any possibility my vision could be accomplished, and was told that I would have to do the gluing and cutting myself. For the price they quoted me, there was no way i was going to pay that much and have to do the work myself. I ended up going to Office Max and paid $110.00 less than what I would have paid at Alphagraphics. I was able to accomplish what I wanted at a cheaper price, no work on my end, and experienced great customer service. I have no idea why this place has the high reviews they do. They're unfriendly and unworkable. Save your money and go elsewhere!
