Client Review on AlphaGraphics Sugar Land

We approached this firm to help us fix a banner. At first it took them 2 days to provide a quote and when we sent an email to approve it they did not start work. When we called they said they need 50% advance to start the work which they could have explained via email . We would have not lost 2 days on that.After 3 days they called us to say the work was complete and when we went there what was provided was very different and no where close to what we expected.They appear very professional on the phone but I believe this the whole incident left a bad taste.
